We are a facility management and maintenance company with more than 30 years of industry experience. We are a very stable and reliable company, headquartered in Chattanooga TN, and are looking for hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates.Position: 1st Shift Janitorial Office/Warehouse (Lead Position)Shifts available:Tuesday-Saturday 9:00am-1:00pmPay: $15.50 (Hourly) WEEKLY PAY * Access to BenefitsAbility to manage effectively with good communication and people skills with positive and outgoing attitude, problem solver, fast-paced, capable of working with minimal supervision, must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver's LicenseDuties Include:Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely mannerQuality control of services performed using customized scorecardsEnsure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventoryAbility to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customersStrong ability to effectively resolve conflictCAN TAKE DIRECTIONAdditional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-timeRequirements: MUST be able to work alone. MUST be physically capable of performing duties. On feet for entire shift.
