Pizza Cook

Core responsibilities to include:

• Preparation of ingredients (chopping/slicing; sauce prep.)
• Timely assembly
• Following recipes
• Cleaning and maintaining the pizza ovens and prep area daily
• Monitoring ingredient freshness; communicating inventory needs to the Chef

Requirements

• This is a PM position; anticipating 2:00pm - 10:00 pm
• Schedule will include weekends and (most) holidays
• Full-time hours available
• Position will require standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Position will be in the kitchen in, at times, a warm environment
