Depot Airline Maintenance SME Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Depot Airline Maintenance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a federal aviation modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in aircraft depot maintenance, Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) operations, and aircraft maintenance systems. This role will support mission-critical maintenance operations by optimizing depot-level MRO processes and collaborating with technical and functional teams to improve operational efficiency. Position Details Position: Depot Airline Maintenance SME Job Type: Full-Time Location: Warner Robins, GA (Preferred) or Ogden, UT Clearance: Public Trust clearance required or higher What You'll Do * Provide subject matter expertise for depot-level aircraft maintenance operations * Support Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) business processes * Analyze and improve maintenance workflows and operational efficiency * Collaborate with technical and business teams to optimize maintenance systems * Provide guidance on depot airline maintenance best practices * Support implementation and enhancement of MRO solutions * Assist with troubleshooting operational issues * Participate in process improvement initiatives * Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities when needed * Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders Required Qualifications * U.S. Citizenship * Bachelor's degree * Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance * Located in or near Warner Robins, GA (preferred) * 4+ years supporting aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) systems * 4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience * Strong knowledge of depot maintenance operations * Excellent collaboration and communication skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Impresa software * Familiarity with Change Management methodologies * Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) Required Skills * Aircraft Maintenance * Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) * Depot Maintenance Operations * Cross-Team Collaboration * Process Improvement * Maintenance Systems Why Blue Rose Consulting Group?
