Whether it's late-night trauma or routine follow-ups, your compassion, technical skill, and calm under pressure will make a real impact.Key Responsibilities:Emergency patient triage and stabilizationAssist veterinarians in surgery, diagnostics, and urgent treatmentsMonitor anesthesia and perform post-op careAdminister IV fluids, medications, and pain managementPerform lab work, radiographs, and basic dental cleaningsCommunicate with pet parents clearly and compassionatelyMaintain accurate patient records and uphold hospital protocolsMentor Veterinary Assistant Trainees & VolunteersWhat We're Looking For:Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) or eligible in Georgia2+ years of experience (emergency or fast-paced clinical setting preferred)Proficiency in animal restraint, venipuncture, surgical prep, and anesthesiaAbility to stay calm and focused in emergency situationsTeam player with excellent communication and multitasking skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay with additional compensation for overnight/weekend shiftsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceCE allowance + license fee reimbursementPaid time off and flexible scheduleFree Uniforms and generous pet care discountsSupportive, experienced, and close-knit team cultureAbout UsHudspeth Animal Hospital was founded in 1968 by Dr. Eddie B.
