Chilis - 5080 Riverside Drive - Responsibilities: Act as the right-hand person to the General Manager and cover all GM functions when they are out of the building; Support restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality product and customer service; Oversee team member performance, training, and development; Assist in managing food and labor costs, budget, and sales building; Assist GM with hiring decisions, terminations, promotions, and raises
