[Medical Office / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $24 to $32-hr / Flexible Schedule / 401(k) matching / Paid time off - As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will: Improve patient satisfaction by coordinating and implementing various patient experience initiatives; Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families; Conduct patient surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement; Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient communication and education; Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience; Monitor and address patient complaints or concerns in a timely and appropriate manner; Work closely with the management team to develop and maintain patient experience standards and protocols; Evaluate and report on patient experience metrics to track progress and make necessary adjustments; Coordinate and facilitate patient events and programs to promote positive patient interactions and experiences; Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
