The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and leads the daily installation, repair and maintenance of our facility, property and equipment. This position provides leadership over the maintenance technician workforce in repairing, maintaining, cleaning, troubleshooting, and installing all equipment in the facility. DIRECT REPORTS Maintenance Technicians DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following: Directs and leads a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training and development and performance feedback. Collaborates with maintenance planner and production leaders to develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and effective execution of task by Maintenance team. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures including: LOTO, QEW, Confined Space entry, Emergency Response, and general safety practices.
