The PDC Manager is the senior site leader accountable for customer service excellence, lastmile delivery performance, labor relations, and longrange site strategy, leveraging embedded and emerging automated technologies within the Parts Distribution Center (PDC). Business Acumen & Engineering Leadership Responsibilities: Manage the PDC as a profitimpacting node within a broader distribution network Apply industrial engineering principles (capacity modeling, flow optimization, labor standards, layout strategy) Evaluate servicetocost tradeoffs, ROI, payback, and risk for capital and technology investments Communicate complex operational and engineering concepts at the executive level.
