Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities for a residential housing location; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting unusual activity; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage; Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter trespassing, disturbances, and/or policy violations while supporting a professional atmosphere; Communicate with residents, visitors, staff, and/or local responders as needed regarding incidents, directions, and site expectations
