The Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management (AVP-EM) serves as a senior leader within the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management and reports directly to the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management. This position provides strategic vision, leadership, and operational oversight for the University's enrollment enterprise, including Admissions and Recruitment and Financial Aid. The AVP-EM is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, data-informed enrollment management strategy that supports institutional growth, access, retention, and student success. This role ensures a coordinated, student-centered approach across the enrollment lifecycle-from prospect development through matriculation-aligned with Fort Valley State University's mission as Georgia's only 1890 Land-Grant institution.
