Observe all safety rules and always use proper safety equipment. Follow necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations. Supervise, direct, and coordinate all Packaging processes and training of associates. Assign and monitor progress of assigned work or projects. Assist with troubleshooting of all machinery, equipment, and components when required. Manage change over documentation and set-ups. Manage equipment reliability. Share knowledge with team members to promote a high skill level in the group. Contact outside vendors for special projects when required. Prepare reports and updates in a clear and concise manner.
