Hibbett Sports - - Responsibilities: Assists the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store; Participates in establishing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling; Directs staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met; Keeps the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends; Provides extraordinary customer service and supports merchandising and policies
