Advocate Health Care - - Responsibilities: Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders, and ambulation; Measure and document blood pressures, TPRs, I & O, daily weights, and other patient data in EMR; Perform purposeful rounding and communicate observations and patient/family needs to RN; Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge processes including room setup and patient belongings management; Collect urine, stool, and sputum specimens and perform point-of-care testing as indicated
