Novolex - - Responsibilities: Observes, diagnoses, and remedies product flow disruptions from the oven, through the conveyance systems, and through the Hot Press Machines; Redistributes Labor in these areas to support the effective completion of tasks as lines come up and go down or issues arise during the shift; Communicates the staffing changes to the oncoming crews, Shift Technician; Completes a Daily Issue Report by Line for the Supervisor to make entries in the Daily Production Report for Macon Status updates; Immediately addresses and reports safety issues or hazards
