This position supports EZA (Assured PNT) and AF Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) with expert-level analysis, planning, and development of cyber resiliency solutions.This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel to government sites.ResponsibilitiesEZA/CROWS Strategic Support:Identify disconnects in USAF Assured PNT planning, implementation, and execution Provide recommendations for establishing future courses of action for resiliency strategySupport the development and implementation of a common construct across Multi-GNSS modernizationConduct analysis and integration across AFLCMC portfoliosThreat Analysis & Research:Research current and evolving threat capabilities that could degrade or deny PNTConduct data gathering and fact-finding on DoD, USAF, and AFLCMC directivesEvaluate threat impacts on GPS and navigation systemsSupport the development of countermeasure strategiesRoadmap Development:Develop integrated roadmaps addressing Assured PNT capabilitiesAddress the interaction and interdependence of CNS/ATM, M-Code, ADS-B Out, tactical data links, and IFFReview and participate in Assured PNT roadmap developmentSupport systems engineering activities for PNT/NAVWAR tasksOpen System Architecture:Generate Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) standards for M-Code modernizationSupport the development of open architecture frameworksRecommend implementation approaches for SOSA, FACE, OMS, and other standardsEvaluate open architecture compliance and effectivenessCyber Resiliency Development:Participate in the development of material and non-material solutions for cyber resiliency gapsSupport tactical data link systems' cyber resiliency effortsEvaluate cyber vulnerabilities and develop mitigation approachesSupport testing and evaluation of cybersecurity solutionsDocumentation & Analysis:Generate point papers and briefings on fact-finding assessment resultsDevelop strategic roadmap documentationIdentify follow-on task recommendationsSupport GPS-based navigation databases and data chain processes reviewQualificationsMinimum Experience:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearanceEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related fieldYears of Experience: 2 5 years of experience in C2 operations and cybersecurityAdditional experience:Recognized expert in Assured PNT and cyber resiliencyDeep knowledge of DoD C2 systems and cybersecurity frameworksExperience with navigation warfare and GPS securityKnowledge of MOSA, SOSA, FACE, OMS standardsUnderstanding of tactical data links and avionics integrationExperience with ADS-B, M-Code, and CNS/ATM systemsStrong strategic planning and analysis capabilitiesExcellent technical writing and presentation skillsPreferred Experience:Education: Master's Degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related fieldYears of Experience: 20 years of experience in C2 operations and cybersecurityAdditional Information:Location: Contractor Site (National - Remote)Remote: This is a full-time remote positionTravel: Travel up to 30% may be required, per the customer's discretion
