The MAR JPO manages systems to provide precise position, navigation, and timing information to a variety of Department of Defense (DoD) weapon systems. This position supports the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), which is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight.This is a full-time position located at Warner Robins Air Force Base (AFB).ResponsibilitiesProvide financial management support for GPS User Equipment acquisition programs including MAGR-2K, EGI, R-EGI, SDUE, and antenna systems Develop program/project cost estimates for acquisition planning and budget submissionsAssist in preparation of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs and financial documentationTrack and maintain financial data for program execution and report status through briefings and tracking systemsSupport market research analysis and acquisition strategy development with cost analysisReview incoming Purchase Requests (PRs) and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) for ad equacy and completeness of documentation and availability of fundsAssist in developing cost estimates for Justifications & Approvals (J&As) and acquisition documentsMaintain acquisition trackers and financial tracking systemsSupport manpower analysis activities and resource modelingPrepare financial portions of Monthly Status Reports and program reviewsAnalyze impacts of configuration management changes on lifecycle sustainment costsSupport funding requirements development for production and sustainment contractsQualificationsMinimum Experience:Citizenship: Must be a US citizenClearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level clearanceEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Finance , Accounting, Business Ad m i n istration, or related field requiredYears of Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant financial management experience in DoD acquisition programsAdditional experience:Knowledge of FAR/DFARS cost principles and allowabilityProficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and financial tracking toolsExperience with Air Force financial systems and POM development - preferredAdditional Information:Location: Warner Robins AFB, GAOn-site: This is a full-time on-site positionTravel: Travel up to 10% may be required, per the customer's discretion
