Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with Allied Universal leadership and/or location contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points, screen visitor activity as directed by location protocols, and assist with directing foot traffic and/or vehicle traffic in a professional manner; Support healthcare location operations by reporting hazards, assisting during medical and/or facility-related events, and helping staff and visitors with security-related questions or concerns
