Job Responsibilities
Feasibility Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement global feasibility strategy for clinical programs.

Lead feasibility assessments for new trials, including country and site selection.

Analyze historical data, epidemiology, and competitive landscape to inform feasibility.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align feasibility with protocol design.

Stakeholder Engagement

Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and other stakeholders.

Engage with country teams and site networks to gather insights and feedback.

Data Collection & Analysis

Design and distribute feasibility questionnaires to potential sites.

Collect and analyze site‑level data such as patient population, infrastructure, and experience.

Use data analytics tools to identify optimal countries/sites for trial execution.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation

Identify feasibility‑related risks such as recruitment challenges and regulatory delays.

Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Contribute to risk management sections of trial planning documents.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare feasibility reports and recommendations for governance review.

Document rationale for country/site selection decisions.

Maintain records of feasibility inputs and decisions for audit readiness.

System & Process Management

Utilize feasibility platforms and databases such as CTMS and other feasibility tools.

Ensure data integrity and timely updates in feasibility systems.

Support process improvement initiatives related to feasibility workflows.

Support Trial Start‑Up

Collaborate with start‑up teams to ensure smooth transition from feasibility to activation.

Provide input into site activation timelines and recruitment projections.

Monitor feasibility assumptions during trial conduct and adjust as needed.

Salary Range
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneso Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.

Equity experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered so qualifications of incumbents may differ from those listed in the Job Description. The Company, at its sole discretion, will determine what constitutes as equivalent to the qualifications described above.
