The Salvation Army (Southern) - - Responsibilities: Assist with the cleaning, cooking, and preparation of a variety of foods and beverages using kitchen equipment, utensils, and supplies.; Assist with serving food and beverages in a presentable manner; prepare plates for infants or persons requiring additional assistance.; Assist with setting tables with plates, napkins and utensils or set up buffet lines for self-service.; Assist with cleaning tables, chairs, floors, dishes, utensils, and kitchen appliances.; Ensure that enough food is prepared based on the number of people to be served and that food is prepared in a timely manner as scheduled.
