As a core member of our Risk Management technology group, you will spearhead the architecture and delivery of two transformative strategic initiatives: Nexus and our Risk Data Platform. You will be instrumental in engineering sophisticated data products for Compliance and Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) while building a unified, self‑service ecosystem for our data scientists. Your expertise will help us retire fragmented legacy systems in favor of a scalable, intelligent infrastructure designed for real‑time decision‑making. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

At least 9 years of experience in data engineering

At least 5 years of experience in data architecture

At least 3 years of experience building applications in AWS

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree

10+ years of experience in data engineering

3+ years of data modeling experience

2+ years of experience with ontology standards for defining a domain

2+ years of experience using Python, SQL or Scala

1+ year of experience deploying machine learning models

3+ years of experience implementing big data processing solutions on AWS

Compensation
Remote (Regardless of Location): $286,200 - $326,700 for Sr Distinguished Data Engineer
McLean, VA: $314,800 - $359,300 for Sr Distinguished Data Engineer
New York, NY: $343,400 - $392,000 for Sr Distinguished Data Engineer
Richmond, VA: $286,200 - $326,700 for Sr Distinguished Data Engineer
San Francisco, CA: $343,400 - $392,000 for Sr Distinguished Data Engineer

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
