Job Description
Title
Registered Nurse - Acute Care Rehabilitation

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 1 weekend per month

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of acute care/rehab nursing experience
- State nursing license (in hand)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience with Epic charting system

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in acute and rehabilitation settings.
- Conduct patient assessments and implement care plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
- Assist in discharge planning and support short and long-term rehabilitation goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 8 hours (non-billable)
- Travelers expected to work major holidays that occur during assignments.
- Compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start.
