Red Roof Inn - 2720 Riverside Drive - Responsibilities: Maintain appearance of building and grounds in accordance with Maintenance manual; Monitor and maintain operation, cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and organization of guest rooms and other areas; Maintain landscaping, parking lot, and exterior appearance; keep areas free of trash and debris; Perform routine maintenance tasks (painting, caulking, carpet/floor cleaning, changing light bulbs, toilet seats); Inspect property and report needs to Supervisor
