Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Training Specialist will support the site's initiative to develop and maintain training and development programs that align with the Irving Values and the Leadership direction at the Macon Tissue Site. This role is instrumental in building and maintaining the depth of knowledge at the site. The Training Specialist will work closely with department leadership to help promote a positive employee experience through the development and execution of departmental and site training plans.
The Training Specialist will remain in contact with Corporate Training Leaders/Directors to ensure the Macon site is always aligned with other businesses within JDI. Responsibilities include:
