HR Shared Services Analyst - 100% Remote

Duration: 3-6 months contract with potential for extension

Rate: $20-$25/hr

Start: ASAP

We're seeking a detail-oriented HR Shared Services Analyst to join a fast-paced team and help deliver a seamless employee experience. This fully remote role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and HR Operations.

What You'll Do:

• Act as a key point of contact for employees, responding to inquiries about HR processes and systems.
• Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure HR services are delivered efficiently and meet service-level expectations.
• Assist with interview scheduling, hire event coordination, background checks, and all related Talent Acquisition activities.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, guides, FAQs, and knowledge base resources.
• Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in HR systems such as Workday, Rooster, or ServiceNow.
• Support initiatives to improve HR processes, including testing new tools and identifying opportunities for automation.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR operations, shared services, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with HR systems (Workday, Rooster, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability when working with different teams and challenging situations.
• Familiarity with process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
