Chilis - 5080 Riverside Drive - Responsibilities: Support all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of product and customer service; Assist GM with hiring, terminations, promotions, and raises; Mentor and train hourly team members and shift leaders; Manage inventory counts and reconciliation within budgetary guidelines; Provide candid, timely feedback and maintain training standards
