C&W Services - - Responsibilities: Landscaping and Turf Management: Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns; plant and maintain flowers, trees, and shrubs; prune trees, hedges, and shrubs to ensure healthy growth.; Debris Removal: Police campus grounds daily to remove litter, branches, and trash; empty waste receptacles and maintain clean walkways, parking lots, and loading docks.; Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Safely operate and perform routine maintenance on powered grounds equipment, including lawnmowers (riding/push), tractors, blowers, chain saws, hedge trimmers, and edgers.; Seasonal Maintenance: Remove snow and ice from walkways, parking lots, and building entrances using shovels, snow blowers, or tractor-mounted equipment; apply salt or chemical ice melters.; Event Support: Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup for university events, including moving tables, chairs, and other equipment.
