About Our Client
Contractor is a medium-sized general contractor with 20+ years of services for all aspects of commercial construction from sitework to concrete to underground utility. This contractor has strong financial backing and has strong growth plans for 2026 and on.
Job Description
Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects from start to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals.
Maintain adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful sitework Superintendent should have:
Proven experience managing construction projects in commercial construction.
Utility underground and site-work experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
