Spherion - - Responsibilities: Receiving: Accepting incoming inventory, verifying deliveries against packing slips or purchase orders, and checking for damages or shortages.; Storage and Inventory Control: Stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and performing regular, accurate inventory counts (cycle counting) to reconcile with digital records.; Order Fulfillment (Picking/Packing): Selecting items from inventory for customer orders, picking, scanning, packing, and labeling products securely for shipping.; Loading and Unloading: Safely loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand to ensure the integrity of the goods.
