VetPride Services is seeking a Data Entry Clerk in support of operations with ASRC Federal in Warner Robins. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting data into digital formats. Other duties as assigned.

Position: Data Entry Clerk

Hourly Rate: $17.20

Health & Welfare: $4.98/hr (as required for the sole purpose of purchasing insurance benefits)

Shift: FT, Monday-Friday: 7:00am-4:00pm

Location: ASRC Federal, 805 Park Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Hand-keying all the information on the manifest into an excel spreadsheet.
• Supplying data to designated staff member.
• Use hand-held scanner to scan the NAVY (FRC) and ANAD 1348s into excel spreadsheet.
• Supplying data to designated staff member.
• Scanning all Spot Buy packing slips into digital folders.
• Paperwork filing as needed.
• Transmitting data into excel spreadsheet.

• Ability to create spreadsheets and track data as necessary.
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Will be subject to a pre-employment criminal background and pre-employment drug screen.
• Consistent attendance and reliability required.
• Ability to understand, speak, and write basic English.
• Regularly stand for long periods (6-8 hours) and walk quickly.
• Must have the ability to work independently and within established guidelines, follow directions, and work well with others.

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, required.
• Experience with data entry, preferred.
