We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a busy office setting. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Receive and check in materials as they arrive
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Perform general filing and organize physical and digital documents
- Support office staff with additional clerical duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
