Empire Beauty Schools is seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to support full cycle recruitment for assigned regions and schools by attracting and hiring top talent.
About the Position:
Under the guidance of the Regional Manager of People Services, the Recruiter will manage open requisitions, partner with hiring managers, and execute effective recruitment strategies that support business needs and align with Empire Beauty School's overall HR strategy. This role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing for a variety of school-based and Home Office positions. You will collaborate closely with school leadership and People Services team mates to identify hiring needs, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and process new hire onboarding. Additionally, the Recruiter will create and manage job postings, leverage social media and other recruiting tools, attend job and career fairs, maintain accurate requisition and applicant records, and ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and EEO/AA requirements. This work directly supports Empire's mission and Core Values by placing the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
The salary range for this position is $53,000.00 - 55,000.00 per year, depending on experience.

You bring strong communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills, along with a solid understanding of recruiting best practices and employment laws. Comfort with ATS/HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and sourcing tools is essential.
