* Follow up with candidates to maintain their interest and support throughout the hiring process

* Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system

* Receive commission rewards based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and successful hires resulting from your leads

What You Need to Succeed

How You'll Be Paid
