Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: 30 minutes away from Macon, GA
Status: Full-time Permanent

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, including CNC, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Strong troubleshooting skills, including PLC programming and HMI controls
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and machine diagrams
Welding and fabrication experience
Proficiency with hand tools, measuring instruments, and calibration techniques
Computer literacy for system updates and maintenance tracking
High school diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair CNC machines, robotic welders, and other production equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
Perform preventive maintenance and update schedules as needed
Install and modify new machinery for optimal performance
Fabricate machine components and ensure safety compliance
Work independently or in a team to prioritize maintenance tasks
