The Production Operator is responsible for communicating and supporting JM core values and delivering the JM experience. This Operator position is part of the Pay for Skills program and is part of skills progression. The employee may be placed in any of the following positions: Mixer, Winder, Vat, Mid Operator, or Palletizer.
