This position is a customer-service oriented individual who provides frontline support for radiologists, technologists, and imaging operations. This role facilitates timely resolution of imaging-related issues, rounds regularly at assigned hospitals, and serves as the first point of contact for imaging technology support (e.g., PACS, Epic, Powerscribe), including remote and after?hours phone support and remote device access to identify and resolve issues. The specialist must thoroughly understand workflow processes and relationships between ancillary systems and RIS/PACS. Responsibilities also include staff training, daily data and system maintenance, troubleshooting, and disaster planning.
