What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on crushing, screening, and conveying equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime

• Weld, fabricate, and assemble components as needed for plant operations

• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and efficient functionality

• Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and safety initiatives

What Are We Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment

• Familiarity with welding, cutting, and fabrication tools and techniques

• Commitment to working safely and following all safety procedures

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team-oriented environment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
