Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies and predictive maintenance plans. Analyze equipment failures and system downtime to identify root causes and reliability risks. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing teams to improve equipment reliability and lifecycle performance. Lead reliability improvement initiatives to reduce unplanned downtime and increase mission readiness. Utilize statistical tools and diagnostic software to analyze performance data and recommend improvements. Prepare technical reports, failure analysis documentation, and reliability recommendations for leadership.
