The Office Assistant is responsible for administrative and operational support for a team. Representing the face of the company, the office assistant provides internal and external customer service via email and phone. Additionally, this position provides administrative support to the team including document management, data entry, reporting, and calendar management. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers in daily interactions mainly via phone, email or walk ins Manage project work that will include customer service related responsibilities and outreach to Care Givers, potentially helping troubleshoot Upload documents into system of record, as needed Mail management Distribution of electronic and/or paper communications.
