What You'll Be Doing:

• Team up with your crew lead to complete foundation repair projects that make homes safer and stronger
• Load up materials and tools before heading to the job site
• Help train and guide crew members (once you've got the hang of it)
• Stay hands-on: dig, lift, and install the systems that support homes
• Keep the job moving with speed, safety, and attention to detail
• Bring great energy to the team and help make customers feel confident and cared for

What We're Looking For:

• You can lift heavy stuff and are cool working in crawl spaces
• You're open to overnight travel and overtime when needed (extra $$!)
• You know your way around a smartphone or tablet
• You can pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check
• You have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
