HX5 is seeking a Senior Administrative Professional to join our team at Robins AFB, Georgia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules.
• Schedule meetings and conferences including those involving staff from outside organizations.
• Answer telephones, forwarding messages, and providing responses to routine queries.
• Serve as the organizations's travel clerk, using the Defense Travel System functions on behalf of traveler IAW (The Defense Travel Administrator's Manual).
• Assist with coordination, consolidation, analyses, distribution and monitor action items, suspenses, and responses for assigned organization level.
• Provide inputs and recommendations regarding administrative and office management processes and procedures.
• Assist with preparation and updates to program office file management documents.
• Prepare agendas, reports and briefings for staff meetings.
• Assist with management on organizational workflows.
• Provide support with preparing reports, papers and briefings IAW AFH 33-337 and AFMC communications policies and templates and prepare correspondence IAW AFMAN 33-326.
  

Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree and fifteen (15) years of professional experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years of professional experience; OR
• Master's degree and seven (7) years of professional experience

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance by the date of hire.
