Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Lab Supervisor to oversee daily laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will manage lab staff, ensure quality control standards, and maintain a safe and efficient environment for testing and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise lab staff and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Manage inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee testing procedures and ensure accuracy of results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related field.
• ASCP or equivalent certification required.
• Previous lab supervisory experience required.
