Service Technician - Lowcountry Foundation and Crawlspace Repair

Lowcountry Foundation and Crawlspace Repair, a recognized leader in the foundation repair industry, is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our growing team. As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in assisting customers with systems we've already installed, while also providing additional solutions to protect their homes and ensure long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service and solutions to our customers, ensuring they are fully satisfied with their foundation systems.
• Assist with the maintenance, inspection, and repair of installed systems.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services and solutions that address customers' needs.
• Travel within a 3-hour radius of our main office, with occasional overnight stays.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in construction or related fields (preferred).
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Comfort with entering crawlspaces and working in various conditions.
• Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl as required by the job.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
