We are looking for a skilled and proactive General Handyman to join our team at Nandail Property Management. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring our clients receive the exceptional care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in both commercial and residential settings.
• Ensure the functionality of mechanical systems and conduct necessary repairs.
• Execute general cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the properties.
• Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as required.
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other structural components.
• Maintain trash and recycling receptacles across the facility.
• Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems as needed.
• Bring personal transportation and tools to job sites.
• Utilize basic math skills effectively in performing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Stay organized and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain keen attention to detail in all work performed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman is essential.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may be considered).
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation is crucial for this role.
• Flexible availability is required.
• Mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
• A contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
